Welcome to The Yoga Life. A new kind of class.
One glorious hour per week led by a rotating schedule of some of our most thoughtful teachers. They’ll share a variety of perspectives, readings, and discussion topics. Come to listen, grow, and change your life.
Bring a mat and yoga clothes. Depending on the instructor, you may or may not move through a few restorative poses at various points throughout the class. But savasana? (Sometimes said and written shavasana.) There will always be savasana.
The Yoga Life class will be offered every Thursday evening at 7:45pm beginning January 2012 and will be part of our general schedule (thus regular rates apply—members attend free or students can use their class packs). Our first session will be Thursday, December 15th at 7:45pm and led by Ken Kloes. This class was named after The Studio blog which we launched the day we opened the doors.
