Training for a big race this summer?
Whether your event is biking, swimming, running, or all three, our “Yoga for Athletes in Training” provides excellent cross training. And with the bike, running path, and swim courses right outside our door, The Studio’s location on Lake Monona is already a training haven for athletes. So park the bike, kick off the running shoes, strip off the wet suit, and come on in.
We’ll focus on:
Flexibility - Opening the areas that tighten up during intense training.
Strength - Full engagement of the core and other support muscle groups.
Heat Stamina - Build your tolerance for hot weather races.
Restoration - Full relaxation of body and mind…allowing the ‘rest’ necessary to achieve your personal best.
