More sauna time. Staying close to the earth. Warm rasayanas (nourishing Ayurvedic drinks). Abhyanga – a form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves massage of the body with warm oil.
Something we do not know about you that might surprise us?
I make amazing raw superfood truffles.

Currently Digging: Reggae, Indian music, quawli music, dubstep…this is an endless list.
Best for yoga: So many…desert dwellers, thievery corp, earth rise sound system, dj dress, mc yogi, jai uttal.
Museum, long hike or concert?
Long hike…all the way. Time in nature is potent, healing and pranafying.
In a perfect world, my next trip would be…
A night at home consists of:
A nutritious family meal. Cards with my two children (Kaya & Jai). Chillin’ out and just being. Hanging with my man.
Perfect day off in Madison?
A trip to Devils Lake with my sup board. Practicing yoga asana by the bird mound. Soaking up the sun at my rock spot.
