  • Monday through Friday 6am – 7am. Saturday 6:30am-7:30am. Sunday yoga class of choice.
  • Limited spots available.

WEEKLY BREAKDOWN:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6-7am – Attend Fit Tribe (strength based classes)
  • Tuesday, Thursday 6-7am – Attend the ‘Challenge’ Class (cardio based classes)
  • Saturday 6:30-7:30am – Attend the ‘Challenge Class
  • Sunday – Attend a yoga class of choice
