Experience a yogic form of meditation. Within this tradition, there are a variety of foundational meditation techniques Gayatri will teach and draw from including: breath awareness, mantra repetition, walking meditation, heart meditation, witness meditation.
This class is intended to help you relax and destress through guided meditation. Learn to use yogic meditation techniques to improve focus, inner balance and connect to oneself more deeply. And explore how meditation fits into the bigger picture of one’s yoga practice.
No mat necessary, please wear comfortable clothes for sitting. This class is open to beginners and experienced meditators looking for a community to practice with.
Guided Meditation is offered Wednesdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 7:45am both classes are held at our Downtown location.
