Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with Suki Warda
Bring your practice to the waters of Lake Monona and take full advantage of Madison in the summer months. Suki will guide you through a full asana practice and, will also give you all the tools and technique you need to feel confident on your board. SUP yoga requires the use of your whole body and the attention of your whole mind. In effect, the practice is both physically challenging and mentally calming.

A light snack will be provided post paddle.
**Must know how to swim.
Suki has a passion for SUP yoga and is Paddle Fit Core certified. She has spent the last several summers on the water and is excited to share SUP with The Studio community.

*Cancellations that occur more than 14 days from program date will be charged a $20 cancellation/administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 days of program date will receive a 50% refund – any cancellations within 48 hours or less of program date will not be refunded.
