Transformational Breath uses a connected breath pattern that awakens the infinite wisdom and healing possibilities found within the breath. If you seek clarity, profound healing or inspiration then this intensive is for you!
Transformational Breath gives you the power to make positive change in your life. Throughout the weekend, participants learn to harness the potency of their breath to create the life they want to live. Make huge breakthroughs you never thought were possible, make peace with the past so you may fully receive the grace of the present and be a co-creater in manifesting your highest dreams.
You will be guided each day through experiences that free your physical, metal/emotional and spiritual bodies. Learn about your own unique breathing pattern and how it affects your life. Work with your intentions to create change in your life. Leave with tools and support to continue your experience of this transformational path.
Aubree Saia has been a practitioner of yoga for 20+ years and a yoga teacher for 15, currently at the Master Teacher level. She is also the only certified breath facilitator in the state of Wisconsin. Aubree is inspired by the potential and benefits of this practice and is excited to share Transformational Breath and the full Reclaim Your Breath weekend with the Madison area.
SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEKEND:
There are five sessions included in the full weekend.
Friday, January 13th
1. Introductory Breath Session: 6-8pm
Physical level – Opening up the breath. Learning the technique. In this session you will:
- Be introduced to the power of the breath
- Experience an introductory breath session
- Learn how to correct restrictive breathing patterns
- Learn techniques for increasing your energy level and sense of well-being
- Gain tools to manage stress and actively participate in your own healing
Saturday, January 14th
2. & 3. Mental & Emotional Level – Breath Sessions and Discussion: 11:45am-2:45pm AND 4:15-6:15pm
Enter the mental and emotional level during TWO Saturday sessions – Learn about unique breath pattern. Clear the subconscious mind. Work with thoughts, shifting beliefs and clearing perception.
Sunday, January 15th
4. Prana Vinyasa Yoga Practice: 11am-12:30pm
Prana Vinyasa® is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.
5. Spiritual Level – Final Breath Session and Discussion: 1:30-4:30pm
Wrap up the weekend with the spiritual level – Opening to your own divinity. Experience joy, creativity, infinite possibility and eternal nature as you move forward on your evolutionary path.
Some of you will know right away that you have to sign up for what’s sure to be an incredibly reveling weekend of self-study and growth. If you’re interested but on the fence, the Friday evening Introductory Breath Session can be attended as a stand alone workshop. If it grabs your attention, sign up for the rest of the weekend at the end of the night (space depending).
