We are seeking outstanding people for the following positions:

 

Programming Director – Both Locations (Downtown & West)

This is a full-time position, the schedule is weekdays and Saturdays, which are required due to the nature of the position. Shifts will include daytime and evening hours. The preferred candidate is a certified yoga instructor who has an understanding and experience in yoga workshops and concepts.
This position requires working shifts at both locations. Additional responsibilities also include front desk work and teaching yoga classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with yoga teachers to schedule and present workshops and other special offerings.
  • Managing a firm timeline of details for each event.
  • Working the front desk. This includes checking in classes, answering phones, answering client questions, selling memberships and other offerings, cleaning and managing the space for the duration of the shift and holding the space in a calm and professional manner.
  • Teaching yoga (included in salary and total hours)

 Required skills:

  • Offering a mix of creative thinking and strong organization with a project management skill set.
  • Being self-motivated and self-managing.
  • Creative approach to marketing each event.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortability in working with scheduling software and websites.
  • New and fresh ideas.
  • Flexibility.

 

Part-time Front Desk – Both Locations (Downtown & West)
This is an evening and weekend position at both locations. The actual shifts and hours are subject to change, but are currently Monday & Wednesday evenings at west (3:30pm-8:45pm) and Sunday morning at downtown (8am-11:30am), a total of 14 hours per week.

 Responsibilities:

  • Working the front desk. This includes checking in classes, answering phone, answering client questions, selling memberships and other offerings, and holding the space in a calm and professional manner.
  • Cleaning and managing the space throughout the duration the assigned shift.

 Required skills:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortability in sales and computer software systems.
  • A love of yoga.
  • A strong knowledge of yoga and related offerings.
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous graphic design experience a plus.
  • Flexibility.
