The Yoga for Weight Loss Webinar is designed only for those who are ready and excited to explore a significant change of direction in their health and daily routine.
This program is about the end of obsession with weight loss. We will explore the direct relationship between yoga, meditation and weight loss and offer practical tools you can immediately implement. Yes, by applying what you learn you will lose weight and look leaner, but that’s just the side product. What we’re aiming for instead is peace. With peace comes right action. Right action about what to eat and when to move. Right action leads to health and weight loss. Long term. You get to just let go.
