The Studio is an intimate place to gather and explore new ways of living, thinking and being healthy. Our schedule includes a unique blend of daily yoga classes as well as conscious living discussions—stretching the mind and body to new heights.
Our home studio is located in the heart of Madison, WI in the historic Machinery Row Building and we have now opened a charming and sunny west side studio off the Old Sauk Road exit.
The Studio was created by filmmaker and talk radio host, Kathleen Slattery-Moschkau.
“This building has inspired my life and my work for the past decade. It’s old bones are so rich and authentic that they they make you want to live bigger and deeper. And the natural light…it will take your breath away. All of this makes for a very sacred space to attend to this beautiful practice of yoga. I love, love that our students can come and experience these same things on a daily basis. In many ways, The Studio ends up being their home.” ~Kathleen
