After completing the Philadelphia Marathon in 2011, Alicia Rudolph was ready for break from running and was happy to have more time back in schedule for yoga. Until then yoga had been more of a hobby than a priority. That changed in January of 2012 when Alicia registered for the 200 hr RYT training at Dana Hot Yoga in Philadelphia. Yoga has been a consistent and life-affirming priority ever since.
Finding gratitude on and off of the mat is a driving force in Alicia’s life and she aims to bring positivity, acceptance, and a sense of release to her classes. Alicia encourages students to find a path that speaks to their body and mind, while challenging themselves to set goals to work on.
