Alicia Wright, along with being a busy yoga mama, studies Yoga with Scott Anderson and Pilates with Collette Stewart. She is a graduate of the 500-hour Alignment Yoga teacher training and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500E level teacher. She currently teaches a 200 level Yoga training and for Alignment Yoga.
In a simple way, Alicia hopes by sharing what she has learned, she can help people explore who they are. Her goal is to share with students simple-to-use tools that cultivate peace of mind and empower them to be strong, pain free, and calm during their busy lives. She blends classic Yoga with current times. She passionately believes in the power of Yoga to help us live a simple mindful life in a crazy world.
