Since then she has continued her studies and honed her practice with renowned Forrest Yoga teachers from Anchorage, AK to Chicago, IL and has begun her path toward continued education (RYT 500) through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

Her instruction comes steeped in the Forrest Yoga method of alignment and safe movement, along with inspiration from teachers that have touched her practice along the way. Safety is paramount in her classes, along with challenge, endurance building, and time for personal introspection.
