Lay down your mat next to the shores of Lake Monona and Flow. This is an all-levels flow yoga class focusing on the simplicity of being alive and outside. Outdoor Flow is led by Cass Hanson, at 5:30pm on periodic Wednesday evenings in July and August (see dates below).   Please meet by the lake on the grassy section near the public lot next to Machinery Row.
