Flow in Studio A and Studio B: heated to 95 degrees. Find out what a little heat can do for your practice.

Flow in Lakeside Studio and Studio C: warmed to a temperate 75 degrees. Let your practice warm you from the inside out.


Gentle Flow

A step down in intensity from our straight up Flow option, this 60-minute yoga class will take you through a gentle flow appropriate for beginners and anyone looking for a restorative practice in their day. We have options for this class in both our heated studios (Studio A & Studio B) and room temperature studios (Lakeside Studio & Studio C).


Intermediate/Advanced Flow

This class is for dedicated practitioners who are ready to take their practice to the next level. Students must have a regular practice of a minimum of 3 times per week and/or at least 6 months to 1 year of vinyasa practice. Students with minimal experience should not take this class. Intermediate/Advanced Flow is held in our room temperature studio (Lakeside Studio.)


yogaMorning Flow

Morning yoga is a gift. It launches your day with strength, balance and calm…and opens you to your highest, most creative self. This class is held in our warm room, Studio A at our downtown location and Studio B at west. (Although Studio A and B are typically 95 degrees, the Morning Flow class is often a touch cooler because we have not yet achieved full temperature at that time of day. Expect 85 to 90ish.)



It’s exactly what most of us need. An hour without effort, an hour of absolute surrender and release. The room is candlelit and we use bolsters and other props to support the body in a variety of poses that deeply restore and relax. We combine this with guided and silent meditation as well as meaningful readings for a quiet and moving experience.

Wear super comfortable and baggy clothing (think pajama-like.) And if you’re attending the Flow class right before, you may want to bring some dry clothes.



Yin is a luxurious, restorative and body changing form of yoga. We’ll come slowly and deeply into each pose—and hold for several minutes. This allows for deep opening of the connective tissue and breakthroughs in your practice. Yin is more passive in a beautiful, peaceful way—a perfect balance to the more ‘yang’ type classes like Vinyasa Flow.


Prana Vinyasa Flow

Prana Vinyasa is an energetic, creative, and full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath and life-energy Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga.

This class is held at 75 degrees.



Held by the candlelit room and the warmth. Away from phones, computers, distractions. No poses, no work, Savasana is time to lay, rest, breathe and just be.

Savasana is a signature class by The Studio.

Two instructors will offer adjustments, light massage and essential oil (always optional.)

45 minutes of peace.

Savasana is $5 for Members and $20 for Non-Members.

Prenatal Yoga

Find ease and comfort in your pregnancy. Prepare your body and mind for labor and childbirth.

During a time of constant change, comfort can be found in something steady. Yoga offers just that. Steadiness, strength, support, relaxation, and a sense of calm in the ever changing beauty of growing a new life inside you. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or are just discovering (or rediscovering) yoga now, this is a practice that nourishes your body and mind so that you can keep nourishing your baby.

Guided Meditation

Experience a yogic form of meditation. Within this tradition, there are a variety of foundational meditation techniques Gayatri will teach and draw from including: breath awareness, mantra repetition, walking meditation, heart meditation, witness meditation.

This class is intended to help you relax and destress through guided meditation. Learn to use yogic meditation techniques to improve focus, inner balance and connect to oneself more deeply. And explore how meditation fits into the bigger picture of one’s yoga practice.

No mat necessary, please wear comfortable clothes for sitting. This class is open to beginners and experienced meditators looking for a community to practice with.


The following classes have a bit more of a focus on fitness—mindful strength work and conditioning:


Yoga Strong

Strength + Intensity in 60 minutes of mindful muscle building

Target specific areas of the body with free weights and your own strength. Yoga Strong is fast-paced, fun and will help you build lean muscle mass from head to toe in a gently heated room (85 degrees).

Expect many reps set to high-energy music with core and cardio intervals sprinkled in for good measure. This class is designed to complement your yoga practice and elevate your overall fitness.

You will use a mat. No shoes. A water bottle is highly recommended.


Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre targets the muscles in the core, glutes and thighs in a way few other workouts can achieve—incorporating plies and arabesque movements to sculpt and lengthen the muscles. You will work the core the entire circumference of the body and walk out feeling ‘zipped up’. AND with your newfound strength/flexibility/balance, your entire yoga practice will improve…allowing you to come into every pose deeper and stronger.

Yoga TRX

It’s yoga. Combined with the lovely, mother-of-all-props…TRX. The TRX system will allow you to come into poses deeper and stronger than you ever thought possible. Traction your spine and release tension while building significant upper and lower body strength and mobility. Using the TRX, wake up the deepest layers of your core…allowing you to move toward effortless floating, flying, balancing, and inverting on your mat (or heck, even just a happier Warrior 2.)

Fit Tribe

A tribe of practitioners who show up to practice increased strength and vitality. 7 weekly workouts to get in before work or over lunch. These sequences are designed to help you find exceptional fitness and to develop and stick with a routine. They will be challenging and you will be held accountable. Each workout will be self-led, but a fitness instructor will be there to help you navigate the sequence and provide safety instructions when needed. Workouts will vary by day and complement each other throughout the week. Think full body strength–functional fitness served up in a creative, yet demanding sequence. Fit Tribe will also beautifully supplement your yoga practice.
