Yoga Barre

This harmonious combination of yoga and barre will allow you to reach deeper into your poses and understand why many are saying it’s “the best damn workout of my life”.

Yoga Barre targets the muscles in the core, glutes and thighs in a way few other workouts can achieve—incorporating plies and arabesque movements to sculpt and lengthen the muscles. AND with your newfound strength/flexibility/balance, your entire yoga practice will improve…allowing you to come into every pose deeper and stronger.

Held in our beautiful new Streetside Studio in the Machinery Row building (625 Williamson Street).

 

Yoga TRX

It’s yoga. Combined with the lovely, mother-of-all-props…TRX. The TRX system will allow you to come into poses deeper and stronger than you ever thought possible. Release tension while building significant upper and lower body strength and mobility. And wake up the deepest layers of your core…allowing you to move toward effortless floating, flying, balancing, and inverting on your mat (or heck, even just a happier Warrior 2).

Here’s what we love about Yoga TRX:

  • It’s powerful. Whether you’re looking to dramatically improve your fitness, get quiet, enhance your alignment or better prepare your body to spring into (and hold) handstand in the middle of class…adding Yoga TRX classes to your weekly routine will make a profound impact.
  • It enhances every aspect of your yoga practice. Strength, balance, flexibility, focus, peace.

Yoga Strong

Strength + Intensity in 60 minutes of mindful muscle building

Target specific areas of the body with free weights and your own strength. Yoga Strong is fast-paced, fun and will help you build lean muscle mass from head to toe in a gently heated room.

Expect many reps set to high-energy music with core and cardio intervals sprinkled in for good measure. This class is designed to complement your yoga practice and elevate your overall fitness.

You will use a mat. No shoes. A water bottle is highly recommended.

 

 

Yoga Beat

This cardio-centric yoga infused dance party is just what you have been looking for to shake things up. Be ready to sweat, smile and walk out feeling ready for anything.

This class starts with sun salutations and ends with a sweet yoga wind-down. The movements in between are meticulously set to the beat of the music. In Yoga Beat you will use small hand weights and the strength of your own body.

 

Open Gym

Find your fitness at your own pace, on your own time. Come use our Streetside Studio and the specialized equipment we have to offer: free weights, TRX Straps, a pull up bar, jump ropes, a spin cycle and the ballet barre.

There is no instructor present, but there will be a pre-planned Fit Tribe work-out if you need guidance or inspiration.

 Members can attend free.

 Non-members: $8 drop-in.

 Open Gym is from 3:45-5:45pm Monday & Wednesday at The Studio Downtown.

 Please bring indoor gym shoes or practice barefoot.

 

Fit Tribe

Come in anytime within the 2-hour block to complete the 45 minute work-out.

Think full body strength: functional fitness served up in a creative, yet demanding sequence. This workout will be self-led, but a trainer will be there to help you navigate the sequence and provide safety instructions when needed.

This class is held in the Streetside room Downtown.

Drop-in: $15

PRICE PER MONTH:
$30 for members.
$60 for non-members.

Registration allows you to practice all 5 weekly sessions for the entire month.
