This program is about the end of obsession with weight loss. Complete this six day per week intensive and you will lose weight and look leaner. But that’s just the side product. What we’re aiming for instead is peace. With peace comes right action. Right action about what to eat and when to move. Right action leads to health and weight loss. Long term. You get to just let go.

If you’re looking for a boost to maximize your fitness level and weight loss effort, consider booking one-on-one personal training with on of our lovely personally trainers.  They’ll design a custom program, coach you through each session, andhold you accountable. Our trainers have a solid track record of helping clients get their leanest, strongest bodies…losing the weight they never thought they could.
